When it Snows - Gallery 2
Though beautiful, snow is not always what you want to see when you are a tourist, especially if you are about to fly home or perhaps head to Paris from another country. For those of us with no travel plans however, it is a beautiful site to see Paris covered with a beautiful white blanket.
There were a surprising number of people out enjoying the snow, an even more surprising number of drivers trying not to crash their cars! The snow in Paris was so heavy they were forced to close the Eiffel Tower, mainly due to the corrosive nature the salt and grit has on it (so they do not use either).
